Tim excels in overseeing engagements like SOC 1, SOC 2, HIPAA, ISO 27001, HITRUST, and CMMC. His expertise extends to advising clients on leveraging controls for efficiency and maintaining compliance with regulatory and audit requirements. Tim is particularly skilled in scoping and auditing cloud-based SaaS solutions hosted by third parties, including AWS, Microsoft Azure, GCP, and other datacenter colocation facilities. Tim’s extensive experience spans clients worldwide, ranging from pre-revenue start-ups to those with over $5 billion in annual revenue. Holding certifications as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), he excels in auditing various systems and operations, leveraging his interest in technology and process automation for efficiency. Tim’s in-depth understanding of legal and regulatory compliance requirements allows him to provide businesses with efficient guidance for achieving satisfactory compliance in the shortest possible time.

Tim is an active member of the AICPA, OHCPA, and ISACA professional organizations and serves as a member of the Leadership Council for the Cleveland Leadership Center.

Tim holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting with a co-major in Business Analytics from Miami University.
