The tax department offers a variety of services including tax preparation for businesses and individuals, tax planning for business acquisitions and dispositions, federal and state income tax reduction strategies, estate and business succession planning, Internal Revenue Service and State audit representation, estate gift and trust tax return preparation, and qualified, as well as non-qualified compensation plan design. We have assisted clients in securing refunds of millions of dollars in overpaid taxes. Our tax department members include individuals with Master's in Taxation and Law Degrees. In addition we invest in some of the country's best tax training available for our team members.
