Mark received his Bachelor of Business Administration degree magna cum laude from Cleveland State University in 1979. He has been a Certified Public Accountant since 1981, passing the entire exam on his first attempt.

Mark leads the firm's Accounting and Auditing practice, overseeing all financial statement audits and reviews and other special financial accounting projects. His background includes working with companies ranging in size from small privately owned businesses to large multinational SEC companies in a variety of industries, including manufacturing, financial services, and real estate.

Mark is actively involved in a variety of professional societies and civic organizations, including the AICPA and Ohio Society of CPAs. As a member of CPAmerica International, Mark has participated in CPAmerica International-sponsored peer reviews, attended numerous CPAmerica International programs and seminars, and has been a member and chair of the CPAmerica International CPE Executive Committee.
