Chuck received his Bachelor of Science in Business degree magna cum laude from Miami University in 1982, majoring in accounting and finance. He earned his Master of Taxation degree from the University of Akron in 1994 and has been a Certified Public Accountant since 1985.

Chuck has been with Pease & Associates and its predecessor firm since 1988. He has a broad range of experience in taxation in several industries, primarily for closely held businesses and their owners. His concentration is on personal, business, state, and local income taxes; estate and gift taxes; and qualified employer plans, with a focus on tax research, tax planning, and projections.

Chuck has attended several national tax programs, including the New York University Institute on Federal Taxation, the CPAmerica International Tax Conference, and the Southern Federal Tax Institute. He has also written an article for The Tax Adviser.

Chuck is a member of the AICPA and the Ohio Society of CPAs. He has assisted numerous CPAmerica International firms with a variety of tax matters.
